Duration:
6 Months to start with! We are seeking a Program Manager to drive execution and delivery for a leadership-facing data and analytics dashboard. This platform provides real-time visibility into critical business metrics across infrastructure planning, operations, energy, financials, and compliance, serving as a single source of truth for executive decision-making. The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of dashboard features, data insights, and reporting. Must-Have Skills Experience managing data platforms, BI, or analytics dashboard programs Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (backlog management, sprint planning, stand-ups) Ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders Solid understanding of data infrastructure and analytics ecosystems (data pipelines, data warehousing concepts, dashboards) Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering) Experience with issue tracking, defect management, and release coordination Good to Have Strong written communication skills for creating executive summaries, reports, and change logs Experience driving structured stakeholder engagement and feedback mechanisms
Responsibilities:
Drive execution of the dashboard roadmap, ensuring delivery across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming Manage and prioritize the product backlog (features, bugs, enhancements) Publish weekly status updates and leadership reports with accurate business context and insights Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and data quality Own change management processes, ensuring structured approvals for dashboard updates Track risks, dependencies, and escalations impacting delivery or data integrity Maintain communication cadence across stakeholders, including feedback loops and stakeholder reviews Support data governance initiatives by working with data owners to improve data quality and maturity across domains
