Project Management Engineer (Multiple Openings)

Plan, schedule, and manage the technical aspects of assigned engineering projects, ensuring accurate execution, appropriate resource allocation, and adherence to quality standards. Oversee the launch of new programs for electric vehicle original equipment manufacturers (EV OEMs) and energy storage clients, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones. Manage all phases of the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submissions to ensure timely and compliant project delivery. Maintain project budgets and timelines, including procurement and coordination of components, tooling, equipment, and packaging in collaboration with the Field Service Team and On-Site Application (OSA) engineers. Handle regional spare parts requests and inventory management to support ongoing production and maintenance needs. Ensure compliance with all relevant technical standards, specifications, and quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct work order audits to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established engineering and documentation protocols.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

Master's - Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, Applied Analytics, or a related engineering field of study; will accept equivalent foreign degree.

Experience:

One (1) year in the position above, Program Manager or related role.

Experience must include:

1. Managing project budgets and timelines, including coordination of components, tooling, equipment, and packaging2. Overseeing and launching new EV OEM programs;3. Managing all phases of APQP and PPAP submissions.
