Job Description:

Civil Engineering Project Engineer and Project Manager - Land Development Nelson + Pope is seeking a qualified Project Engineer with 4+ years of experience and a Project Manager to work in the Land Development Department in our Melville, New York office for an immediate start. The work includes site/civil design and permitting for residential, multi-family, commercial, industrial and retail projects.

Responsibilities/Top Skills/Qualifications:

design, permit and construction plans & specifications site planning grading and drainage knowledge of local permitting agencies and regulations a benefit client & contractor coordination AutoCAD / Civil3D proficient in Microsoft Office good verbal communication, written communication, and organizational skills

Management Responsibilities/Qualifications:

Salary Range:

$80K to $160K
