You'll lead a team of talented professionals through the full lifecycle of transformative projects, supporting educational, municipal, and other public sector clients throughout Southern California. Lead multiple site development and civil infrastructure projects from planning through construction; managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations while coordinating with agencies and external/internal teams.Team Leadership & Mentorship:

Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted partner to educational and municipal clients, navigating Southern California agency coordination, permitting, and regulatory requirements.Business Development:
Lead the development of proposals in response to Requests for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQs/RFPs), support Design-Build competitions, and participate in presentations/workshops/interviews.
