Jeff Wilder Description Responsible for leading major engineering projects leveraging Franklin's Product Development Process. This role will own the development and execution of project schedules and deliverables, leveraging their influencing skills to coordinate global cross functional teams, ensuring on time, on budget and on specification project completion. Your responsibilities: Works with key stakeholders to develop detailed project schedules and manage to the critical path Lead project gate meetings and ensure completeness and accuracy of information presented Owns project data, ensuring all project related information is current and accurate Develop and proactively mitigate project risks to minimize project impact Coordinates and leads project teams meetings ensure all team members understand and commit to the timely completion of assigned tasks Holds team members accountable for project deliverables Prepares reports for upper management including executive leadership regarding status of projects Understands capacity constraints and works with engineering leadership to ensure resource availability to meet project timelines Communicates project statuses to management and stakeholders Directs and executes initiatives to increase productivity and performance Develops solutions to critical project/business issues and presents alternatives to management. Leads assigned product teams in prioritization of key projects and activities including new product development, quality improvement, and value improvement projects Recommends process improvements to the engineering, cross functional, and project management teams to reduce risk, increase predictability, and increase velocity of new product developments Who we want: If you are a self-motivated and collaborative individual who is passionate about making a positive impact, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience (required). Advanced skills using MS Project, Microsoft Planner (preferred), Excel, Power Point and working knowledge of JD Edwards E1 system (preferred). Previous experience managing technical projects (3-5 years or equivalent required). PMP Certification (preferred)COMPANY VALUES & BENEFITS FE
