  • In this role, you will serve as a key technical leader, guiding engineering activities that directly influence major project outcomes—both technically and financially. You'll collaborate across global teams, engage with customers, and drive solutions that contribute to cleaner, more efficient energy systems.
  • What You'll Do
  • As a Project Manager II - Engineering, you will: + Act as the
  • technical lead and primary point of contact
  • for customer engineering inquiries, change requests, and communications + Provide
  • technical project management and direction
  • , ensuring alignment with contract requirements + Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and field personnel + Lead
  • customer meetings
  • such as kickoff sessions and design reviews with Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) partners + Review and interpret
  • contract documentation
  • , translating requirements into actionable engineering plans + Evaluate scope changes, prepare
  • cost and schedule impact assessments
  • , and manage change control processes + Drive
  • continuous improvement initiatives
  • and incorporate lessons learned into engineering practices + Monitor project risks, resolve technical challenges, and ensure timely delivery of milestones + Manage engineering budgets and provide financial updates, including
  • Estimate at Completion (EAC)
  • forecasts + Present updates and risk mitigation strategies to leadership
  • Required Qualifications
  • + Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • or•high school diploma/GED with •5+ years of relevant experience•+ Minimum •2 years of experience•in project engineering, design engineering, and/or field engineering + Proven ability to manage •multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment•+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills + Willingness to travel approximately •10-15%•Preferred Qualifications•+ Experience in •customer-facing roles•+ Familiarity with •Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems•such as GTCC + Knowledge of •power plant systems•including design, manufacturing, installation, or testing + Demonstrated •problem-solving and innovation capabilities•+ Commitment to •continuous process improvement•Why Join Us?
