Job Description

Techwish is seeking a Identity & Directory Services Engineer (LDAP / Radiant Logic) for a contract opportunity with one of it's direct clients in Bethesda, MD. This is a hybrid role that requires consultant to work from office 2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy and support Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Server (VDS) for identity data aggregation, synchronization and virtualization. Configure and support LDAP directories (e.g., Open
LDAP, AD LDS
) for authentication and application integration. Implement and maintain Identity Correlation Service (ICS) or similar identity synchronization solutions. Develop and maintain identity synchronization workflows between multiple systems ( AD, LDAP, cloud directories). Troubleshoot complex authentication, authorization, and directory integration issues . Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of directory services infrastructure. Monitor and audit directory services for compliance and security requirements. Collaborate with application teams to integrate LDAP/AD authentication .
Required Qualifications:
Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory (AD DS) and AD LDS . Hands-on experience with LDAP protocols and directory design . Experience with Radiant Logic VDS (Virtual Directory Server) . Knowledge of Identity Correlation Service (ICS) or identity matching systems. Regards, Nagendra Karn
