Architecture & Engineering Location:

The Opportunity The Project Manager - Architecture & Engineering plays a critical role in coordinating and guiding multi‑disciplinary engineering efforts across architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and structural scopes. You'll serve as a technical resource, problem‑solver, and communicator—ensuring projects move forward accurately, efficiently, and cost‑effectively. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interpreting construction documents , improving processes, mentoring technical staff, and managing multiple projects without sacrificing quality or clarity. What You'll Do Own project change management by reviewing, tracking, and validating change orders while implementing corrective measures to prevent repeat issues Provide in‑house technical support , collaborating closely with architects, vendors, contractors, and internal teams Support and contribute to the training and development of AutoCAD specialists , helping elevate technical standards Clearly communicate project updates, design changes, and technical requirements to both internal stakeholders and external partners Act as a responsive point of contact for landlords, contractors, vendors, and governing authorities Assist with engineering concepts, fixture layouts, scopes of work, and project schedules Continuously improve engineering workflows to enhance accuracy, productivity, and efficiency Perform value engineering to reduce construction costs while maintaining quality and brand consistency Stay current with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Virtual Premise , and relevant building code updates Research, organize, and present data using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook What You Bring Proven project management experience handling multiple projects simultaneously Strong ability to interpret construction documents , drawings, and specifications Excellent planning, organization, and documentation skills A solutions‑oriented mindset with strong analytical and technical problem‑solving abilities Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite A collaborative, team‑first approach with the confidence to work cross‑functionally Nice toHave:

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
