Job Description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Project Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will spearhead the coordination of electrical scopes in utility-sized renewable energy and mission-critical projects. Your expertise in managing electrical works will be essential for collaborating with superintendents, project managers, and the rest of the team to ensure timely project completion. You will also play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, and engineers, driving both safety and financial performance on-site. This is a unique opportunity to lead projects that contribute positively to sustainable energy efforts while developing your skills within a supportive team. Accountabilities Assist in developing project chart of accounts, site logistics plan, and bidding projects Maintain thorough understanding of the contract and develop detailed Project Contract status reports Oversee pay request processes, job cost reports, and total cost projection reports Ensure project quality and implementation of safety, EEO, and affirmative action programs Train and monitor the progress of all project labor and staff Review and approve material, forming system, and equipment needs Develop, schedule, and lead project close‑out processes Establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and owners Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering required Advanced knowledge of electrical construction principles and practices required 7+ years of experience in managing electrical construction projects Experience dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors, and self‑perform work Proven track record of leading successful project teams Excellent organizational, team management, problem‑solving, and motivational skills Ability to travel 100% nationwide Benefits Full‑time position with flexible remote work arrangement Travel subsistence and additional incentives provided per company guidelines Opportunity to work on innovative renewable energy projects Development opportunities in skills and leadership Supportive team environment focused on professional growth Equal opportunity employer providing a diverse workplace #J-18808-Ljbffr
