Job Description

A long‑established Missouri-based civil engineering firm is expanding its teams statewide after earning a reputation as a top consulting partner for numerous municipal and state agencies. With nearly 30 years in the industry, the firm has grown to five offices across the Midwest and a staff of more than 100 employees. This continued success has created new opportunities, and they are now seeking an experienced engineer to step into a Transportation Project Manager role. In this position, you will help lead projects involving roadway widening and reconstruction, geometric design, hydraulic analysis, intersection improvements, and corridor enhancements on assignments valued at $3M and above. ResponsibilitiesManage municipal and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) projects from initiation through completion.

Support business development efforts and participate in pursuit activities.

Sign and seal engineering work completed by you or under your direct supervision.

Perform engineering calculations, analyses, and design tasks as needed.

Research applicable design options, codes, and regulations; develop schematic and preliminary designs in collaboration with team members.

Coordinate closely with Surveyors and CAD Designers on related project tasks.

What We're Looking ForBachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering.

Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the state of Missouri.7+ years of professional engineering experience.

Proficiency with MicroStation and AutoCAD.Prior project experience within Missouri (city, county, municipal, state, or tollway projects).Strong communication skills.
