compliance requirements through readiness assessments, gap analysis, remediation planning, documentation development, cybersecurity consulting, and compliance advisory services.

As CMMC requirements continue to flow into Department of Defense solicitations and contracts, organizations throughout the DIB are under increasing pressure to strengthen their cybersecurity posture and demonstrate compliance with evolving federal requirements.

We are expanding our business development capability to capture this rapidly growing market opportunity.

The Market Opportunity - Why This Role, Why Now
CMMC 2.0
enforcement is becoming a reality across the Defense Industrial Base. Department of Defense contracts increasingly include cybersecurity and compliance requirements that contractors and subcontractors must satisfy to compete for and retain business.

This creates a significant and time-sensitive opportunity for an experienced business development executive with strong relationships, credibility, and market access within the DIB ecosystem.

Position SummaryTotal Assure is seeking a highly connected, results-oriented Vice President of Business Development to drive growth throughout the Defense Industrial Base.

Success in this role requires established relationships within the Defense Industrial Base and the ability to gain access to executive decision-makers through trusted professional networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy targeting organizations requiring cybersecurity and compliance services.
  • Build and maintain a robust qualified pipeline capable of supporting aggressive growth objectives.
  • Generate leads through direct outreach, referrals, strategic partnerships, networking, and industry engagement.
  • Conduct executive-level meetings with CEOs, CISOs, FSOs, compliance leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Represent Total Assure at NDIA, AFCEA, NCMS, SAME, and other industry events.
