Opens a new window. Set the mission, vision, and strategy of the cloud infrastructure and cyber security organization to maximize the success of business and IT enterprise initiatives. Introduce innovative, differentiating cloud infrastructure and cyber security capabilities that enhance our overall competitive capabilities and enhance employee productivity. Work with the IT senior leadership team on the service portfolio and governance required to prioritize resources, including budget. Work with key stakeholders to measure and prioritize technical debt remediation. Build successful stakeholder relationships with other IT and business key stakeholders by developing a clear understanding of business needs, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring cost-effective delivery of cloud and cyber security services to meet those needs. Create and align a cloud and cyber security value map by linking targeted business outcomes with the future-state business capabilities required to achieve them. Drive alignment of cloud and cyber security strategies to the organization's environmental, social, and governance goals. Develop and control the annual cloud and cyber security budget to ensure that it's consistent with the overall strategic objectives of IT and the enterprise and is within plan. Creates a culture of continuous cost optimization. Define, develop, and manage a comprehensive and integrated Cloud Service Management (CSM) landscape, based on best-practice processes, disciplines, and related toolsets, including delivery of a comprehensive cloud asset management program. Collaborate with the Enterprise Security function to ensure cloud infrastructure and cyber security contribute to, embrace, and apply security strategy. Operate a formal governance mechanism to establish and monitor effective controls for the processes and functions performed by cloud infrastructure and cyber security teams. Support periodic reviews by audit teams, compliance teams and other risk-related functions as required. Develop and execute a strategy to improve awareness of the business value that the Cloud Infrastructure and Cyber Security function provides and continuously seeks to ensure alignment to customer needs. Work collaboratively with direct reports to support their career progression, nurture their development, and help them realize their potential. Improve cloud IT resilience by executing strategies that improve reliability, tolerability, and disaster recovery readiness. Track trends and provide direction on what emerging technologies should be incorporated into cloud infrastructure and cyber security products and services to successfully deliver overall IT strategy. Direct the development of a cloud and cyber security sourcing strategy and provides executive oversight for strategic vendor and partner relationship management. •May telecommute from any location in the
