This role will assist with the strategy, identification, and implementation of appointed AI-driven initiatives within the residential real estate division. This role will focus on leveraging AI to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experiences, and drive business growth across existing delivery teams and business lines. This role is responsible for ensuring that solution decisions produce accurate results that align with the overall strategy. This role collaborates with others to ensure that proposed solutions meet demonstrated customer needs, are feasible to implement, and can be profitably delivered to customers.Essential Job Functions:
AI Strategy & Innovation Lead and Execute the AI innovation roadmap, aligning with SitusAMC's broader digital transformation strategy. Identify and execute high-impact AI use cases in areas such as automation of existing services and products, predictive analytics, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. Stay ahead of AI trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to continuously refine and enhance the company's AI capabilities. Leadership Functions Set a clear vision and strategic direction for employees, aligning efforts with overall business objectives and long-term growth plans. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within teams, empowering staff to explore new ideas and technologies in the AI domain. Mentor and develop talent by providing guidance, resources, and opportunities for professional growth, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of AI advancements. Act as a champion for responsible AI, promoting ethical standards, transparency, and accountability in all AI-driven projects and decisions. Implementation & Execution Oversee the implementation and development of AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing residential real estate systems and operational processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science, engineering, product management, and business stakeholders, to drive successful deployment and adoption of AI initiatives. Ensure AI models and solutions are built with scalability, reliability, and compliance in mind, addressing ethical AI concerns and industry regulations. Assist with the development of repeatable models that can be replicated across all and gain efficiencies with each implementation Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed. Collaboration with Business & Delivery Teams Partner closely with business line leaders and operations teams to understand their needs and pain points, driving AI solutions that create measurable value. Work alongside existing delivery teams to enhance product offerings, streamline workflows, and improve decision-making through AI-powered insights. Serve as a thought leader and advocate for AI adoption across the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
