Job Summary Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Vice President, On Property Analytics based in Las Vegas, NV to lead the centralized property analytics team for each region and serve as a strategic partner to property and corporate leadership. Industry analytics has always been a core competency of Caesars Entertainment. Each region has a centralized, shared service model. A successful leader in this position will be an individual who is capable of broad-based functional analysis reflective of the varied business requirements of our industry, including detailed analytical supporting areas of finance, labor, marketing, hotel and operations, and other key components of the business. Qualified candidates will need to be a seasoned executive with proven leadership skills, technical competency, experience working within a large enterprise with a widely distributed operating footprint, and strong executive level communication skills. This individual will be capable of broad-based functional analysis reflective of the varied business requirements of our industry, including detailed analytical support in areas of finance, labor, marketing, hotel and operations, and other key components of the business. How You Will Create the Extraordinary Serve as a strategic partner to the properties, including attending, influencing and creating professional documents for operating reviews Ensure property / local market expertise is built into analysis. Create, shape and influence property strategic plans and budgets. Manage day to day analytical needs at the properties - Ensuring responsiveness and managing key property relationships. Serve in a critical role as liaison between the properties and the Analytics SVP and vice versa. The on-property personnel will be the first and primary point of contact for property executives, property departmental leaders as well as the SVP as the interface with one another. Be responsible for integrating cross property analytics and sharing best practices. Host meetings with senior executives at the property, at corporate and at shared services. Be accountable for continuously integrating property feedback into the Analytics SVP and also disseminating analytics best practices into the property. Responsible for property-level analytics for the assigned region. Must ensure that on-property resources consistently deliver as translator/interpreter of data and facilitators of analytical work. Communicate and deliver high profile and sensitive information to key members of senior management Manage the effectiveness of analytics at the property Ensure open lines of communication between the property and the Data Analytics SVP Participates in establishing common understanding and integrating best practices from Data Analytics into the property Constantly evaluates, critiques and make necessary changes to the organizational structure to ensure that Analytical work is performed and communicated at A+ levels Takes advantage of enterprise size and scale Must be proactive and assertive in taking advantage of unique organizational positioning within a shared service and also on-property. Influential recommendations as an advisor to property leadership as well as the Data Analytics SVP Lead an organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies. Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks. Champion, within the organization, a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior. Create a compliance culture within the organization and foster an environment where employees feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct. What You Will Need Senior executive with strong analytics, accounting, and management experience Experience in leading a geographically diverse team 5+ years of post-graduate work experience in a corporate strategy, corporate finance, or consulting environment 7+ years of professional work experience Proven problem solving, conceptual thinking, and analytical abilities Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with competing demands for resources Strong negotiation skills coupled with project execution focus Strong executive-level communications skills Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
