We are placing a Senior Project Manager for a respected engineering consulting firm with a growing Louisville footprint and a strong book of municipal work. What's In It For You $120,000
- $150,000+ base salary, commensurate with experience Annual bonus and yearly merit increases Relocation assistance provided: $2,500
- $5,000 paid by the company, negotiable based on your situation Hybrid schedule: 2 days in office, 3 remote Collaborative team environment with strong department leadership Real opportunity to grow your client portfolio and influence the direction of the practice What You Bring 10+ years in water/wastewater planning, design, or construction (strong candidates with slightly less experience are encouraged to apply) PE license required Bachelor's in Civil Engineering Proven client management and business development experience Experience writing proposals, scopes of work, and project budgets Stormwater design background is a plus, but not required If you are a driven PM who owns their relationships and wants to be part of a team that is growing intentionally, this is the role for you.
