Sr. Maritime PM

Senior Maritime Project Manager needed to lead steel vessel construction projects, material flow, regulatory compliance, safety, quality, and project delivery from inception through completion. Job Requirements 10+ years of maritime project management experience Experience with steel vessel construction Knowledge of material flow for maritime construction projects Regulatory compliance knowledge for maritime projects Experience with barges, tugboats, ferries, or similar vessels Experience leading teams and subcontractors Safety experience Quality experience Continuous improvement experience 20/40 corrected vision required Satisfactory Ishihara color blindness test required Ability to pass a pulmonary function exam Ability to walk, sit, stand, kneel, stoop, climb, and perform overhead work Ability to work in confined spaces as needed Preferred Skills Experience managing complex maritime projects from inception to delivery Experience coordinating cross-functional maritime construction teams Experience working with shipyard operations Experience managing subcontractor performance Experience supporting regulatory inspections or audits Experience mentoring project team members Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables Job Responsibilities Lead complex maritime projects from inception through delivery Manage steel vessel construction projects for barges, tugboats, ferries, or similar vessels Coordinate material flow to support project schedules and production requirements Ensure project activities meet regulatory compliance requirements Lead project teams, subcontractors, and cross-functional stakeholders Monitor project safety, quality, schedule, budget, and delivery performance Support continuous improvement initiatives across maritime project operations Coordinate project planning, execution, issue resolution, and final delivery Work with internal teams and external partners to meet project goals Mentor and guide project team members Support safe work practices in shipyard, confined space, and vessel construction environments

Pay:
