Location & Travel Expectations :
This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Blythewood, South Carolina. This role requires 5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events. Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time. Here's what else you'll bring: 5+ years of professional experience in automotive production, with expertise in achieving stable production processes and in-depth knowledge of Serial Planning Paint Shop. Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or related fields preferred. Master's degree is a plus. Experienced in tracking, motivating and leading contractors in the paint shop environment from tender offer to construction phase till realizing an installation including final acceptance. Talented in managing complex projects with skills in moderating construction sites and solving technical conflicts with appropriate management involvement. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Minimum of High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required for all roles at Scout Motors, Inc.
