(JEC), a family-owned business since 1999, as a Commercial Electrical Project Manager. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and maintaining a professional, courteous team. We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and dedicated individual with a strong background in troubleshooting electrical systems and a passion for problem-solving. Responsibilities Oversee multiple projects from inception to final project closeout. Engage in all aspects of the project including design, estimating, scheduling, and ensuring safety and quality. Create an efficient work environment for our technicians through proactive communication and planning. Monitor field technicians to ensure instructions are followed, deadlines are met, and schedules are maintained. Communicate effectively with project Owners and Owners Representatives. Organize and procure materials and equipment for projects. Establish operating procedures and work standards that will ensure adequate performance and personnel safety. Attend staff meetings and company-wide meetings. Qualifications 5-10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical publications, financial reports, specifications, drawings and blueprints. Excellent customer-relations skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust to shifting priorities. Demonstrated proper phone and email etiquette, with an emphasis on responsiveness. Ability to lead and organize a job and employees. Previous Project Management experience in the field is required. Driver's License (Required). Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screening test and background check.
