Jackson is looking for a motivated Field Engineer to join our team and grow with us. This role is ideal for college graduates in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields who want careers in the asphalt and construction industry. This position blends technical engineering support with field leadership development , giving you hands-on experience in both project coordination and day-to-day job site operations. You'll work alongside experienced superintendents, project managers, and crews while building the skills needed to lead projects in the future. Is This You?
