Job Description

HighFire USA HighFire USA is seeking a motivated Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team supporting industrial and data-center infrastructure projects across the United States. This role involves managing crew, customer communication, test reports, electrical testing, commissioning support, and field work on mission-critical systems. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, maintains a strong safety mindset, and brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to the job every day. Key Responsibilities Perform electrical testing and verification on industrial equipment and systems Conduct Megger (insulation resistance) testing and record results Perform Hi-Pot (high potential) testing for electrical integrity validation Verify bonding and grounding systems for compliance and safety Assist with electrical commissioning and troubleshooting Maintain accurate documentation of test procedures and results Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Manage crew Communication with customers Qualifications Experience using Meggers, Hi-Pot testers, and bonding/grounding verification equipment Electrical technician, electrician, or related technical background Ability to read basic electrical drawings and schematics Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in industrial environments Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Travel Out-of-town travel will be required Projects may involve working at client sites across the United States What We Offer Competitive compensation Opportunity to work on large-scale industrial and data center projects Career growth within a rapidly expanding company Hands-on experience with advanced testing and commissioning work

$50.00 - $65.00 per hour
