Description This position is also responsible for our quality management systems. The co-op will be involved in managing the daily operation of our quality management tools and developing new features and systems as needed. The applications involved range from Oracle/SQL, to

APEX, VBA/MS

Office-based tools and other BMW-specific systems. Analyze new problems in daily production and launches. Test solutions to problems, ensuring they are robust enough for production. Support launch and series problem solving teams as needed. Regularly create reports on our current quality landscape. Support team in developing, maintaining, and streamlining quality management systems Qualifications Pursuing Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial / Systems Engineering, Computer Science or similar Basic programming knowledge preferred (Matlab, Python, VBA, SQL) Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major) Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States. Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application. Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week). Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
