Job Description

job summary: A Manufacturing Engineering Manager is needed for a leading industrial cooling OEM in the Greenville, SC area. The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead manufacturing engineering activities to support the efficient, scalable, and high-quality production of HVAC and related cooling products. This role plays a critical part in driving process excellence, supporting new product introductions, and optimizing manufacturing systems across fabrication, assembly, and testing operations. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, along with 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in HVAC, cooling systems, or similar high mix low volume industrial manufacturing is required. Knowledge of metal fabrication, brazing, and lean manufacturing principles is important. Relocation is available for qualified candidates.
