  • $145,000 / yr ID SC53-2754360 POSTED Apr 22, 2026 Excellent opportunity to join a specialty chemical plant as Operations/ Production Manager.
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven individual ready to lead and enhance our production operations.
Responsibilities:
  • -Manage and oversee daily production operations to consistently meet or exceed quality and output targets.
  • -Lead a team of 10-30 professionals across Operations, Maintenance, and E&I centered on safety and continuous improvement.
  • -Enhance production efficiency through the refinement of SOPs and optimization of batch processes.
  • -Align budget management with strategic business objectives.
  • -Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to boost operational productivity.
  • -Conduct risk assessments and address process deviations effectively.
  • -Ensure strict compliance with environmental regulations and OSHA standards.
  • -Optimize in-plant inventory management and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
  • -Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • -8-15 years of relevant experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or process safety management sectors.
  • -Extensive knowledge of batch process manufacturing, including cycle times and equipment capacity.
  • -In-depth understanding of environmental regulations, OSHA, PSM, and
ISO 9001
compliance.
  • -Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Statistical Quality Control (SQC) methodologies.
  • -Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
