Civil Project Manager

A growing heavy civil contractor is confidentially seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee site development and infrastructure projects from preconstruction through completion. Responsibilities Lead civil construction projects from kickoff through completion Coordinate subcontractors, Superintendents, clients, and municipalities Review contracts, drawings, grading plans, and utility specifications Manage schedules, project documentation, permits, and inventory Oversee earthwork, cut/fill operations, and site utility work Proactively solve project challenges to keep projects on schedule and within budget Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Civil Project Manager in heavy civil construction Strong knowledge of grading, utilities, earthwork, and site development Ability to read civil plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with heavy equipment and OSHA safety standards preferred Compensation & Benefits Company truck & gas card PTO & paid holidays after 90 days Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and pension Strong growth opportunity for an experienced Civil Project Manager Our client is ready to hire immediately!
