Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for a fast-growing, high-technology manufacturing. This leadership role will drive process innovation, equipment design, automation, maintenance strategy, and team development to support operational excellence, safety, and scalable production growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop high-performing engineering and maintenance teams Oversee Process, Controls, Facility, and Maintenance Engineering functions Manage CAPEX planning, engineering budgets, and maintenance operations Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives Improve process efficiency, scrap reduction, uptime reliability, and OEE performance Support new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing scalability Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs through CMMS Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Finance, Procurement, HR, and Corporate Engineering Ensure compliance with ISO and quality management standards
Qualifications:
BS Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (advanced degree preferred) 10+ years of engineering leadership experience within high-precision manufacturing environments Industry experience in battery, extrusion, coating, polymer processing, specialty film, or similar industries highly preferred Strong background in CAPEX project management Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and process optimization Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder required (sponsorship not available)
Pay:
$150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
