Job Description:
Piper Maddox has partnered with a leading organization in the renewables space looking to hire on a Project Engineering Manager to lead and execute current waste to energy and renewable gas projects. They are seeking individuals who are motivated, decision drivers, adaptable, and excited to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization Key Responsibilities Direct and support the project engineering team, ensuring technical outputs are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and within budget and quality expectations. Coordinate engineering efforts across all project phases, from initial design through commissioning, ensuring alignment and integration across disciplines. Function as the main technical representative to clients and partners, handling communication, addressing issues, and balancing technical solutions with commercial considerations. Oversee project execution activities, including scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and design reviews, while maintaining compliance with safety, regulatory, and contractual standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent hands-on industry experience 8-10+ years of experience Preferred but not required PE, PMI, or MBA EPC experience with ability to lead full project lifecycle
