Production Manager

The Focus Factory Manager is responsible for the overall performance of assigned manufacturing operations, including product quality, process engineering, equipment maintenance, and adherence to customer requirements and launch schedules. This role provides complete operational leadership for their product groups and ensures all manufacturing objectives are met safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on leader with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. This position requires the ability to lead, mentor, and direct Focus Factory team members across all functional areas, including scheduling and logistics, process engineering, quality engineering, maintenance, and production. The Focus Factory Manager provides daily direction and decision-making support in any area necessary to ensure the consistent and effective management of day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement, accountability, and team development throughout the factory.
