We're looking for a Building Automation Leader who can drive results, lead from the front, and help scale our BAS division for the future.

$120,000 - $150,000 total compensation (salary + performance-based bonuses)Job Summary:
Drive the growth and performance of the Building Automation Systems (BAS) division by combining hands-on sales, operational leadership, and team development. This role is responsible for achieving revenue targets, leading project execution, and building a strong team culture focused on results and accountability.Required Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience in building automation systems, controls, or related field Strong understanding ofBAS, DDC
systems, and system integration Proven leadership experience managing teams and delivering project outcomes Ability to read and interpret control diagrams, schematics, and blueprints Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Construction, or Business is preferred Experience with BAS programming (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or similar) is a plus Familiarity with modern automation technologies and platforms is preferredKey Responsibilities:
Own and achieve BAS revenue, margin, and backlog targets Lead and close complex, high-value automation opportunities Develop strategic account plans and pursue new market opportunities Oversee project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Lead, coach, and develop BAS engineers, programmers, and technicians Maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and CRM data Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company processes Provide technical leadership and support for complex systems Collaborate with operations and engineering teams for smooth project delivery Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationshipsSimilar remote jobs
