We are looking for an experienced, safety-minded Plant Engineering Manager to oversee the daily repair, preventative maintenance, and operational efficiency of our industrial textile processing facility. Leading a skilled plant engineering staff and reporting to the general manager, you will ensure total equipment reliability through expert troubleshooting, smart inventory control, and a rigorous preventative maintenance program. In this role, you will direct and support a maintenance team to guarantee that all operations-including equipment startup/shutdown, electrical troubleshooting, boiler operation, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical tasks-are executed in strict accordance with company protocols and guidelines.
