OSP Engineering Supervisor Job Description We are seeking an experienced OSP Engineering Supervisor to oversee telecom design projects, ensuring that deliverables meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards. The successful candidate will lead and support a team across multiple projects, potentially serving a range of clients simultaneously, while troubleshooting and resolving Outside Plant (OSP) design challenges. Responsibilities Lead and support a team across multiple telecom design projects. Ensure project deliverables align with client requirements and industry standards. Troubleshoot and resolve OSP design challenges using industry standards and project documentation. Monitor team performance and track production metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. Analyze project and performance data using tools like Excel or Google Sheets to identify trends and drive decisions. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation throughout the lifecycle of each assignment. Essential Skills Engineering management Electrical engineering Project management Design Bachelor's degree in a related field (GIS, Geography, Urban Planning, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience (5+ years) Hands-on experience with tools such as ArcGIS, AutoCAD/CAD, IKE, O-Calc Pro, and related systems Strong technical experience in drafting, telecom design, make-ready engineering, or GIS Experience with OSP design and telecom infrastructure projects Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with platforms such as NDS, FROGS, Varasset, ArcPro, ESRI, or similar tools is a plus Ability to analyze data and communicate insights effectively Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Work Environment The work environment involves using advanced technologies and platforms such as ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and related systems. The role requires a focus on maintaining organized project documentation and analyzing data to drive decisions. This position may involve working with a diverse team across multiple projects, ensuring client requirements and industry standards are consistently met. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
