• Manufacturing / Engineering / Technical Customer Programs Description Our client, a specialty chemical manufacturer serving commercial, military, and aerospace applications, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team in the Greater Nashville area.

In this role, you'll lead 2-8 customer programs at a time, with contracts ranging from $5K to several million dollars. Our client is open to candidates from a variety of manufacturing-related backgrounds, including project management, engineering, sales engineering, or customer-facing technical roles. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating complex projects or programs within a manufacturing environment, along with strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and customers. Exposure to proposals, quoting, contract review, or customer support activities is highly valued. This role could be a strong fit for someone looking to step into a position with broader ownership and visibility across multiple initiatives. You'll be reporting to a highly collaborative and easy-to-work-with leader who gives his team the autonomy to make an impact while still providing the support they need to be successful.
