Description:
You will be the Multi-Functional Quality Associate Manager for the Quality Engineering team. Our team is responsible for delivering world‑class quality solutions that keep the THAAD program on schedule and on target. What You Will Be Doing As the Multi‑Functional Quality Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing group of quality engineers and driving excellence across the supplier base. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead and coordinate a team of quality engineers based in Arlington, TX. Manage and support quality engineering efforts across suppliers nationwide. Ensure compliance with program requirements and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Travel as needed to support field engineers and supplier sites.
Basic Qualifications:
STEM degree at bachelors level or higher, or equivalent experience combined education. Must be a US citizen and have ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance Demonstrated full spectrum leader - ability to shape the future, energize the team, deliver results, build effective relationships and be accountable with high integrity and ethics Demonstrated excellent team building and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, multi-task and meet deadlines Advanced understanding of Quality principles in Aerospace industry
Prior Quality Experience Desired Skills:
STEM degree at bachelors level or higher
Prior THAAD Experience Prior MFC Experience Prior LM Experience Security Clearance Statement:

Work Remotely:
Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this
