Operational Architecture:
Operate at the intersection of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and digital manufacturing. Shape how work is planned, executed, and measured across multi-site fabrication locations.Advanced Fabrication Strategy:
Provide strategic leadership to Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering teams, enabling real-time, creative solutions to complex heavy-gauge metal fabrication challenges.Department Liaison:
Ensure seamless flow between the engineering office and the shop floor.Continuous Improvement:
Challenge teams to look beyond basic Lean tools to drive strategic, cross-functional impact on throughput and quality.Quality & Compliance:
Partner closely with Production and Quality departments to deploy standard work that meets military-grade precision standards.Working hours:
6:00 AM - 4:30PM Skills:
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification preferred.Education:
Bachelors Experience:
7-10 yearsQualifications:
