Job Description

MEP Engineering Manager Salary:
$110,000-$130,000+ (flexible for the right candidate) + quarterly bonuses
Location:
Monday morning meetings in Cross Roads, TX 76227, with the remainder of the time spent in Dallas (75287) Job Summary Our client is seeking an MEP Engineering Manager to lead MEP projects and support a team of 4 employees. This role is responsible for managing project execution, reviewing plans, coordinating with clients and designers, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
  • Review engineering plans and provide technical oversight
  • Coordinate with clients, designers, and regulatory agencies
  • Support design and production using Civil 3D and Revit
  • Assist with proposal development and project scoping
  • Lead and support a team of 4 employees
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • 5+ years of MEP engineering experience
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Experience working with designers and reviewing plans
  • Civil 3D and Revit experience preferred
