That is why we offer great compensation, awesome benefits, and a work environment worth bragging about! Job DescriptionThe Regional Vice-President TX/TN will be responsible for DCSAM operations within our regional market footprint, including full P&L accountability for the region's projects. DCS Asset Maintenance is focused on bundled performance-based maintenance contracts for roadway and bridge infrastructure networks within the United States. The Regional Vice-President will work closely with both field and executive leadership to deliver on organizational goals related to safety, customer satisfaction, contractual compliance and financial targets. The Regional VP will collaborate with managers to ensure the company culture remains intact while improving the customer experience and operational and financial performance. Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Oversight Direct and oversee all regionally based Project managers and Senior Project Managers daily or as often as needed to the projects to maintain consistent senior leadership presence on all projectsManage appropriate staffing levels in accordance with contract expectations. Closely monitor labor costs and overtime. Enforce a positive employee culture and ensure managers are living up to company standardsEnsuring safety is the number one priority and provide leadership and guidance to all employees. Ensure a culture of Safety remains strong in each project. Set the overall tone and be sure all Safety processes and procedures are followed at every level of the organization.

Financial Accountability Full P&L responsibility for regional projects. Ensure cost controls, margin protection and expansion, and financial accuracy along with operational optimization, fleet unallocated management, and leverage current contracts for additional opportunities.

Ensure checks and balances are in place to hit or exceed budgetsCustomer & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary customer interface for all regional clientsConduct customer meetings, site visits, and performance reviewsRepresent DCSAM in trade events, State DOT events, and industry functionsPeople Leadership Manage all employee relations and disciplinary actions within the regionEnsure staffing alignment, workforce planning, and performance managementProvide leadership training and mentorship for Sr PM's and PM's.

Business Development & Bidding Participate in all bids for the region and become one of the subject matter experts in that processCoordinate bid strategy with the growth team and project managers for the TX/TN region as well as potential new states. Focus on additional opportunities, leveraging strong performance and existing relationshipsLead any new project start-ups.

QualificationsPrevious experience in asset management road maintenance / infrastructure preferred 5-10 years of senior leadership level operational experience with a proven record of successfully hitting goals Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or a related field preferred Exceptional executive presence, business acumen and presentation skills. Budgeting and/or financial focused mindset required. Demonstrated success in delivering Safety excellence in operations or services Ability to travel regularly within the Region and throughout the country, as neededDallas, TX or Memphis, TN candidates preferable Additional InformationDCS Asset Maintenance offers competitive benefit packages to all employees.
