Electrical Project Manager (Travelling) Data Center Projects | Nationwide Travel | Electrical Subcontractor We are partnering with a leading electrical subcontractor delivering large-scale data center and mission-critical projects across the United States. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Travelling Electrical Project Manager to oversee complex electrical scopes on hyperscale builds. This is an opportunity to work on fast-paced, high-value projects where you will play a critical role in delivering essential infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of electrical projects from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout Lead coordination, execution, energisation, and turnover of electrical systems Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders Coordinate closely with Superintendents, General Contractors, and client teams Maintain project schedules in a fast-track, mission-critical environment Support commissioning activities and ensure successful project delivery Requirements Proven experience working as an Electrical Project Manager with an electrical subcontractor Previous experience delivering data center, mission-critical, or large industrial projects Willingness to travel and work on-site across multiple project locations Strong understanding of electrical systems including power distribution, MV/LV systems, and critical infrastructure Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a high-pressure environment Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + performance bonus Full travel package (flights, accommodation, per diem, company card) Comprehensive benefits package Long-term pipeline of data center projects Career progression opportunities into Senior Project Manager / leadership roles About the Opportunity This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale, mission-critical data center developments , supporting critical infrastructure across the country.
