As a Transportation Senior Project Manager in our El Paso office, you'll be at the forefront of shaping West Texas infrastructure. What You'll Do:

• Lead planning, design, and execution of roadway and highway projects
• Support business development efforts and contribute to strategic growth
• Collaborate with top-tier Engineers and Designers to solve complex design challenges
• Drive project success through leadership, technical expertise, and client engagement
• Mentor and inspire a high-performing design team in a collaborative, growth-focused environment
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Texas PE License
• 20+ years of roadway design and geometrics experience
• Experience with DOT, County, or Municipal projects
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to lead collaborative teams
• Proven leadership and team development skills Ideally, you'll also have:
