What You'll Do:
Lead capital equipment and CAPEX projects that expand capacity, improve throughput, and increase overall manufacturing performance across multiple plants Own end-to-end execution of cross-functional engineering projects, from concept and planning through installation, validation, and ramp-up Use production and operational data to identify bottlenecks, improve OEE, reduce scrap, and strengthen cost and quality performance (COPQ focus) Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies Standardize manufacturing processes, equipment, and work instructions across facilities to improve consistency and scalability Partner closely with operations, quality, and production teams to ensure processes are efficient, repeatable, and aligned with business goals
What You Bring:
Proven experience leading CAPEX, equipment installation, or manufacturing expansion projects in a production environment Strong project management background with the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and technical execution simultaneously Ability to analyze manufacturing data (OEE, scrap, downtime, throughput) and translate it into actionable improvements Hands-on Lean manufacturing experience including continuous improvement, waste reduction, and structured problem-solving (root cause analysis) Background in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment
Pay:
$125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
