Implementation Engineering Manager Lead the Launch. Drive the Process. Build What's Next. We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Implementation Engineering Manager to play a critical role in bridging new product development with full-scale manufacturing operations. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments and enjoys building efficient, scalable production processes from the ground up. This position sits at the center of innovation and execution - leading the transition from prototype and pre-production into successful, high-volume manufacturing. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every product launch is optimized for quality, efficiency, and long-term operational success. Reporting directly to the Vice President of New Product Introduction (NPI), this role offers strong visibility, influence, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact across the organization. What You'll Be Doing Manufacturing Implementation & Production Readiness Lead and execute the transition from New Product Introduction (NPI) into full-scale manufacturing Oversee production line setup, tooling implementation, workstation layouts, and operator readiness Validate manufacturing processes, cycle times, process flow, and efficiency metrics Process Improvement & Troubleshooting Identify and resolve early-stage production issues while implementing long-term corrective actions Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, throughput, and operational performance Support automation initiatives, visual management systems, and digital work instruction implementation Cross-Functional Leadership Partner closely with engineering, production, quality, and operations teams to ensure seamless product launches Coordinate Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and maintain accurate production floor documentation Track ramp-up metrics including FPY, OEE, throughput, and overall manufacturing readiness Lean Manufacturing & Operational Excellence Champion Lean manufacturing principles, Kaizen initiatives, and process optimization strategies Utilize root cause analysis and quality tools to improve manufacturing performance and reduce inefficiencies What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, implementation engineering, quality, or process engineering environments Strong understanding of quality systems and standards including ISO 9001 and
IPC/WHMA-A-620
Experience with quality and problem-solving methodologies including: 5 Whys 8D
FMEA SPC
