SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - HYPERSCALE DATA CENTERS - HASKELL, TEXAS

Your Responsibilities You will:
Take ownership of hyperscale electrical construction projects from commencement through completion Manage project financials including forecasting, labor tracking, budgeting, and profitability Lead procurement, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and change management Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams to maintain production and schedule performance Build and lead strong project teams across both field and office operations Maintain strong client relationships and ensure project expectations are consistently achieved Oversee project reporting, billing, documentation, and closeout processes Drive projects forward while maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards What They're Looking For 8+ years of Project Management experience within electrical construction Experience delivering large-scale projects from start through completion Strong commercial understanding across budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Ability to manage schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and field operations Experience with RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project reporting Previous hyperscale, mission critical, industrial, or major commercial project experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to perform in demanding environments Compensation & Benefits The compensation package reflects the level of responsibility and project exposure tied to this role. $180K - $250K base salary depending on experience Performance-based bonus structure Relocation assistance available Full healthcare, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company contribution Long-term pipeline of secured hyperscale projects Clear progression opportunities into senior operational leadership For the right person, the biggest attraction here is the work itself.
