What's the Job? Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) solutions to meet enterprise requirements. Perform upgrades of OIM/SOA/WebLogic suite from 12c to 14c, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency. Implement and manage user lifecycle processes, including joiner, mover, and leaver workflows across various enterprise systems. Integrate OIM with Active Directory, RACF, HR systems, databases, and other enterprise applications for seamless identity management. Support audit, compliance, and certification processes such as SOX and GDPR, maintaining high standards of security and compliance. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM). Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM 12c) and system upgrades. Strong understanding of IAM concepts including RBAC, PBAC, provisioning, SSO, MFA, and SoD. Experience with OIM connectors such as Active Directory/LDAP, RACF, SQL/databases, and WebLogic Server. What's in it for me?
