Job Description

The City of Lancaster is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking City Engineer to lead key engineering functions that support infrastructure, development, floodplain management, capital improvement planning, and construction oversight. This position is responsible for overseeing engineering design, development review, consultant coordination, project implementation, and staff leadership within the Engineering Division. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and a commitment to public service. Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field required Significant related engineering experience required Texas Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required Municipal engineering experience strongly preferred Floodplain and development review experience preferred
