Key Responsibilities:

Lead electrical scope execution across all phases of construction, from preconstruction through project closeout Support early-stage planning efforts including subcontractor selection, cost analysis, scheduling, and procurement strategy Coordinate with internal teams and trade partners to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and technical requirements Manage subcontractor performance, contracts, change orders, and progress tracking Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and invoice approvals Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project milestones and quality standards are achieved Guide and mentor project team members while fostering a collaborative jobsite environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent field experience Minimum of 4 years of project management experience in commercial construction with a focus on electrical systems Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, financial management, and subcontractor coordination Demonstrated ability to manage complex builds with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Experience:

Background supporting mission critical or data center construction projects Familiarity with commissioning processes and phased system turnover Experience working with structured procedures for critical system operations Proven ability to manage highly technical electrical infrastructure projects
