This role focuses on coordinating resources, budgeting, and ensuring timely project delivery without requiring travel. The ideal candidate will utilize project management tools such as Spectrum and Excel to maintain effective control and communication. Responsibilities Manage electrical construction projects with teams of 1-5 members Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources using Spectrum and Excel Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones Monitor project progress and implement solutions to any identified issues Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements Lead project meetings and foster team collaboration Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in project management Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Journeyman License Strong skills in project management, budgeting, communication, and leadership Excellent time management, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities
