SUMMARY Successfully plan, direct, organize and reviews all activities necessary for electrical service business development and maintenance of major electrical service projects with little to no oversight. Act as Project Manager either independently or with a small team during the pricing, bidding, budgeting, estimating and pre-construction process. Train entry-level service work managers and interns. Develop improved communication and soft skills to ensure the success of the Company's electrical services offering.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow standard Zitro Electric, LLC company policies and procedures to accomplish the following: Hires, trains, and manages electricians. Reviews and files all daily project reports. Completes installations and repairs as needed. Oversees all facility department operations. Investigates and resolves any client complaints. Leads weekly team meetings. Makes sure the team follows all electrical codes and standards. Works closely with other facility department leaders and company executives. Develops and improves departmental policies and procedures. Suggests ways to increase revenues and efficiency. Determines the work schedule and assignments. Sets and tracks the departmental budget. Stocks all equipment and tools.

REQUIREMENTS

Journeyman License Valid Driver license 5 years experience in the Electrical field Electrical estimating skills Prepare quotes Electrical experience knowledge with material Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office (word, excel) Bilingual (English and Spanish)
