~18 months (with future phases planned) Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead delivery of a large-scale hyperscale data center campus. This role will oversee multiple data halls and an administrative building, managing both self-perform and subcontracted scopes on a fast-track, mission-critical project. Key Responsibilities Provide executive-level oversight of project execution, budget, and schedule Lead project teams across construction, engineering, and field operations Oversee complex electrical and mechanical scopes, including liquid cooling systems Drive performance across self-perform work and subcontractors Interface with client stakeholders and senior leadership Qualifications 15+ years of construction experience Strong background in mission-critical or data center projects Experience with large-scale, complex programs ($500M+) General contractor experience required; self-perform background preferred Compensation $200K-$250K base + ~30% bonus $2,000/week per diem Full benefits + 401(k) match Clear path to senior executive leadership roles If you are interested in learning more about this position, please apply or email me directly at stephanie.galindo@gogpac.com /615.439.2866- All inquiries are strictly confidential.
