This is an exciting opportunity for a strong SMT leader who enjoys driving yield improvements, developing teams, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on advanced electronic assemblies. Qualifications and responsibilities for this SMT Process Engineering Manager position include: 7+ years of SMT process engineering experience, including 2-3 years in leadership or team lead roles Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor process engineers and build a culture of continuous improvement Hands-on expertise in solder paste printing, pick & place, reflow profiling, and inspection systems including SPI, AOI, and AXI Proven success driving yield improvements, defect reduction, root cause analysis, and corrective actions using 8D, DMAIC, or similar methodologies Proficiency with SPC tools, MSA, process capability analysis, control plans, and Cpk metrics Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 and

J-STD-001

; CIS or CIT certification is a plus Ability to support cross-functional teams including quality, production, supply chain, and NPI while communicating process performance clearly to leadership and customers Passport readiness and ability to travel between Pharr, TX and Mexico as needed

Salary :

$105,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
