Highly skilled and results-driven the Datacenter Infrastructure Department Manager will lead our infrastructure operations with efficiency and precision. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating and optimizing mission‑critical environments to lead the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of our facilities. This role requires strong operational knowledge of generators, ATS, UPS systems, CRAC units, PDUs, electrical distribution, and cooling infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Serve as the operational and technical leader for all data‑center facility systems, ensuring maximum reliability and adherence to industry best practices. Demonstrate professional communication skills across phone, email, and in‑person interactions with customers, vendors, and staff. Lead and mentor the infrastructure operations team, driving uptime, safety, and continuous improvement. Oversee critical power and cooling systems, capacity planning, preventive maintenance, and incident response. Own the planning and execution of maintenance windows, MOPs, SOPs, and change‑management processes, ensuring predictable and safe execution of critical work. Perform electrical and cooling load calculations, capacity modeling, and provisioning to support growth and prevent resource contention. Coordinate installations, upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects with Engineering. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and cost‑effective service agreements. Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and facility playbooks. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards. Provide quarterly forecasting, risk assessments, and infrastructure reports to leadership. Qualifications Proven experience managing data center critical infrastructure (power, cooling, facility systems). Solid understanding of UPS/ATS systems, generators, CRAC/HVAC, fire‑prevention systems, PDUs, and electrical distribution. Strong leadership, communication, and vendor‑management skills. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization. Familiarity with networking technologies, monitoring systems, and data‑center operational workflows. Ability to maintain detailed logs and produce technical documentation. In office position.
