Establish a strategic vision for cloud operations to deliver and maintain reliable, scalable and cost-effective services. Research, design, develop and document improvised CI/CD and deployment tools. Design, test, report and resolve security vulnerabilities of all cloud hosted services to improve security posture. Extract, analyze and project cloud cost data to achieve Cost Optimization. Perform POCs, analyze feature sets, and perform comparative study to design operations monitoring tools. Coordinate with various interdepartmental teams, including Product Management, Project Management, Development Engineering, and Quality Engineering. Conduct project planning, progress tracking, and reporting activities. Manage, lead, recruit and retain DevOps team. Lead team-building activities including external and internal interviews, skill mapping, and creating, and executing training plans. Oversee and manage staffing functions such as setting annual performance goals, periodic assessments, and feedback, rating/salary revisions/promotion recommendations. Utilize his knowledge of the technical requirements associated with the Crestron Proprietary and IOT industry protocols such as Crestnet, AMPQ and MQTT. Requires a Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering (or its U.S. equiv.) plus two years of experience as a Manager, Cloud Operations or Senior Software Engineer utilizing knowledge in Cloud operations, DevOps, and telecom & networking domains to assist establish a strategic vision for Cloud operations in order to deliver and maintain reliable, scalable, and cost-effective services.
