Key Responsibilities:

\n\nQuality Leadership & Governance\n \n\n

• Lead the CS&Q team, aligning with Schneider Electric's quality standards and policies.\n \n\n
• Define and deploy plant quality objectives, KPIs, and improvement plans.\n \n\n
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and Schneider's Quality Management System.\n \n\n
• Maintain audit readiness and foster a culture of continuous improvement.\n\nQuality Assurance & Control\n \n\n
• Oversee inspection programs, process control plans, and final product release.\n \n\n
• Lead non-conformance management and ensure effective corrective actions.\n \n\n
• Validate inspection tools and ensure team training and readiness.\n\nIssue Management & Escalation\n \n\n
• Drive root cause analysis and 8D investigations for quality issues.\n \n\n
• Manage and escalate systemic issues per CS&Q protocols.\n \n\n
• Collaborate with supplier quality teams on defect resolution.\n\nProcess Excellence & Continuous Improvement\n \n\n
• Deploy LPAs, FMEAs, and poka-yoke initiatives.\n \n\n
• Lead Gemba walks and Kaizen events focused on defect prevention.\n \n\n
• Promote data-driven decisions using quality dashboards and metrics.\n\nTeam Leadership & Collaboration\n \n\n
• Develop and mentor the CS&Q team.\n \n\n
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Field Quality to align on quality goals.\n\nQualifications\n \n\n
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.\n \n\n
• 7+ years in Quality or Operations leadership in manufacturing.\n \n\n
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean, and quality tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC).\n \n\n
• Green or Black Belt certification preferred.
